Home remodeling in Phoenix, done under one license.
Kitchens, baths, whole-home renovations, additions and garage conversions, permitted and built by our own crews. Arizona ROC #364568. Our completed projects are public record, so you can check the results before you call.
Every part of the house, on one schedule.
Kitchen remodels
Cabinets, countertops, tile, appliances, lighting and layout changes, including wall removal with engineering when the wall is load-bearing.
Bathroom remodels
Primary, guest and half baths: tile, showers, vanities, plumbing and ventilation, plus accessibility upgrades like curbless showers and grab-bar blocking.
Whole-home renovations
Everything at once under one permit and one schedule: electrical panel and A/C where needed, windows, flooring, paint, kitchens and baths. This is most of our completed work.
Additions and casitas
Room additions, attached suites and accessory dwelling units, with the city permit and HOA submittal handled by us.
Garage and room conversions
Turning a garage, bonus room or enclosed patio into permitted living space, including the slab, insulation and egress work that inspectors look for.
Exterior
Roofing, stucco, windows and doors, paint, patios and block fencing.
Three Phoenix renovations you can look up.
All three are in Maryvale, all three resold on the MLS, and the listing records are linked. We do not show work we cannot document.

Phoenix and the West Valley.
Each city has its own permit office and its own housing stock. We keep a page for each one.
Adding a casita, a second unit or a garage conversion? That has its own section: ADUs & Casitas, including how much value an ADU adds.
Before you call.
How much does a home remodel cost in Phoenix?
We do not publish prices, because a 1960s block home in Maryvale and a 2005 stucco home in Goodyear with the same square footage are different jobs. After a site visit you get a written, itemized estimate in three to five business days, with permit fees listed separately.
Do I need a permit to remodel in Phoenix?
Cosmetic work like paint and flooring does not. Anything touching structure, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, windows in new openings, or converting a garage does. We pull the permit and manage inspections as part of the job.
How long does a whole-home renovation take?
Our completed whole-home renovations with a casita ran a few months each, with city plan review the biggest variable. A kitchen or bath on its own is typically three to six weeks of construction.
Do you remodel for investors?
Yes. Three of our published projects are investor flips that resold on the MLS, and we run a managed-flip program. We build to a resale number, not just a finish schedule.
Which areas do you serve?
Phoenix, with completed projects in Maryvale, and the West Valley cities of Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Buckeye, Avondale.
