How do I get a free estimate?

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Desert Wolf Developers LLC holds Arizona ROC License #364568, KB-2 dual classification. We carry full general liability insurance, are bonded, and Anthony Alexander Lopez is the qualifying party on every project.

What types of projects do you handle?

Our KB-2 license covers both residential and small commercial. New builds, additions, ADUs, full remodels, kitchen and bath work, commercial build-outs, tenant improvements, site preparation, and fix-and-flip projects.

Do you handle permits and city submittals?

Yes — 100%. We manage the full permitting process with the City of Phoenix and every surrounding municipality. You don't touch a single form or make a single call to the city. We handle it.

How long does a typical project take?

Kitchen remodel: 4–8 weeks. Full renovation: 8–16 weeks. New build: 4–6 months. Fix-and-flip: 6–10 weeks depending on scope. Every estimate includes a detailed milestone schedule.

What is the Flat Fee Listing and how does it work?

Juan Lopez is a licensed Arizona Realtor. When your flip is complete, he lists it on the full MLS for a flat fee of $1,500 — not 3%. Full listing, professional photography coordination, offer review, and negotiation included.

Can you help me finance a flip or remodel?

Yes. Jesus Lopez is a licensed mortgage broker who sources hard money loans for your project and can offer competitive loan programs to your buyers at closing — reducing seller concessions and protecting your net proceeds.
