About This Role

Lead a framing crew on residential additions and new construction projects across the Phoenix metro. You will be responsible for layout, plate reading, and keeping the job on schedule.

What We're Looking For
4+ years residential framing experience
Ability to read architectural and structural plans
Experience leading a crew of 3–6
OSHA 10 preferred (we will sponsor OSHA 30)
Reliable transportation to job sites
Nice to Have
+ ADU / addition experience
+ Familiarity with Phoenix permit process

Install trim, doors, cabinets, and millwork on fix-and-flip and residential remodel projects. We move fast and build to a high standard — this role is for someone who takes pride in the details.

What We're Looking For
3+ years finish carpentry experience
Proficiency with door and window installation
Cabinet and countertop installation experience
Own hand tools required
Clean work ethic, no call-no show tolerance
Nice to Have
+ Custom millwork or built-in experience
+ Experience on flip timelines

Support the Lopez brothers across multiple active projects — scheduling subs, tracking material orders, managing permit timelines, and keeping clients informed. The connective tissue of the operation.

What We're Looking For
2+ years in construction project coordination or office management
Proficiency with spreadsheets and project tracking tools
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience managing subcontractor schedules
Ability to visit job sites 2–3x per week
Nice to Have
+ Experience with Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar
+ Background in real estate or property management
