Before you call.
What does KB-2 mean?
KB-2 is the Arizona Registrar of Contractors dual license for residential and small commercial general contracting. One license covers your house, your rental and your shop. Verify it at azroc.gov under ROC #364568.
Do you use subcontractors?
Rarely. We self-perform framing, stucco, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, flooring, concrete and paint with our own crews, which keeps one schedule and one point of contact and removes the markup stacked on subs.
How do estimates work?
Site visit first, then a written, itemized estimate in three to five business days with permit fees separated. We do not publish prices because every property and every city is different.
Are you insured?
Yes. A certificate of insurance is provided with every bid.
