Contact and Project Information: When you fill out a contact form, request a quote, or send an email, we collect your name, email address, phone number, property address (if provided), and the details of your project or inquiry. This is the primary data we collect and it is used exclusively to respond to you and service your project.
Calculator Data: Our free Flip Calculator and Loan Calculator allow you to input financial figures to model a deal or loan scenario. If you choose to submit those results to our team via the built-in email or send function, we collect the name, email, phone, and property address you enter in the contact fields along with the financial summary you generate. If you simply use the calculator without submitting, no data is transmitted to us.
Automatically Collected Data: When you visit our website, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time of visit. This data is collected in aggregate and is not linked to your personal identity. We use it to understand general traffic patterns and improve the website experience.
Communications: If you call or text our business number, send us an email, or communicate with us through any channel, we may retain records of those communications to provide consistent service and reference past interactions.

Calculator Submissions: If you submit a flip or loan calculator result to our team, we use that information to respond with deal feedback, ARV analysis, or financing guidance as appropriate to your inquiry.
Legal and Compliance: We may use your information as required to comply with applicable Arizona and federal law, respond to legal process, enforce our contracts, or protect the rights and safety of our team and clients.

These include our website hosting provider (Vercel), our email delivery service (EmailJS), and our analytics infrastructure. These providers access only the minimum information necessary to perform their functions and are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.
Construction Subcontractors: For active construction projects, we may share your property address and relevant project details with licensed subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, HVAC technicians, etc.) who are performing work on your behalf. These parties receive only the information necessary to perform their specific scope of work.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, government regulation, or other legal process. We will notify you of such a disclosure to the extent permitted by law.
Business Transfers: In the unlikely event that Desert Wolf Developers LLC is acquired, merged with another entity, or transfers substantially all of its assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. Your information is stored in our project management systems, email communications, and — for structured data submitted through our website — our Firebase-backed database infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud. All data transmission between your browser and our website is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission, access controls on our internal systems, and regular review of our data handling practices.

While we take reasonable precautions, no data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your information with us has been compromised, please contact us immediately at info@desertwolfdevelopers.com.

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy — typically for the duration of an active project relationship and for a reasonable period thereafter for legal, warranty, and contractual reference purposes. Calculator submissions that are not converted into active client relationships are retained for no longer than 90 days.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, including the Arizona Registrar of Contractors license verification portal, Zillow property listings referenced in our Projects section, and our affiliated company Meta Mercury Media. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any website you visit through a link on our site.

Our Flip Calculator and Loan Calculator are built entirely in-house and do not transmit data to any third party unless you explicitly use the built-in send function, which routes through our EmailJS integration to deliver the summary to our team.

Firebase (Google Cloud) is used as our backend database for structured form submissions. Your data transmitted through Firebase is subject to Google's data processing terms in addition to this policy. Firebase does not use your data for advertising purposes.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights with respect to your personal information held by Desert Wolf Developers LLC:
