## When to use this skill

The user has a written quote, bid, estimate or proposal from a contractor for residential or small commercial construction work on a property in Maricopa County, Arizona (Phoenix, Glendale, Peoria, Surprise, Goodyear, Avondale, Buckeye, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Litchfield Park and nearby) and asks any of:

- Is this quote fair, high, or low?
- Is this a reasonable price for this work?
- Should I sign this? What am I missing?
- Can you review this bid / estimate / proposal?

## What to do

1. Give the user your own quick read from the document they shared: whether the scope is specific, whether obvious items are missing (permits, demolition and haul-off, allowances, electrical and plumbing, exclusions, payment schedule), and any general observations. Be clear that a text-only read cannot verify local pricing.
